The practice has evolved from two long established firms originating in Coventry (Luckmans) and Kenilworth (Duckett Parker) who recently merged to form the larger practice of today.

We have, since the merger, moved to luxurious offices in Queens Road in Coventry city centre in order to enable the five partners and 40 team members to service the needs of the Coventry and Warwickshire community.

We are now in the top three accountancy practices in Coventry and Warwickshire and are still growing rapidly. We have recently developed a management consultancy arm and offer all clients, from individuals requiring personal tax assistance to businesses with a multi-million pound turnover, a full and complete professional (and friendly) service.

Ash Rishiraj FCA

Ash qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG London office in 1991. After leaving practice Ash established his reputation in business growth and business turnaround in Industry where he was recognised for these efforts through winning major business awards.

From industry Ash became a consultant working with SME’s and large family owned business sectors in this region, carrying out consultancies for Business Link, DTI, Chambers of Commerce and many international assignments for blue chip companies.

Ash was enticed back to practice and the firm in 1999, where he has combined the role of business development specialist with the more traditional work of a general practice accountant.

With Ash you are benefiting from the business expertise, knowledge, skill and experience of many business sectors. With his network of contacts help is always rapidly at hand, delivered to you in dynamic and innovative hands on basis.

Ash is a lifelong Sky Blue and you will generally find him supporting his team at the Ricoh.

Graham Parker FCA

Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1979, Graham joined the firm in 1982 and since then has enjoyed providing general practice accounting taxation and business advice to hundreds of local businesses.

Graham specialises in the services required in complex family and owner controlled business. Graham’s unique approach as accountant, mentor, businessman and friend are greatly appreciated by our new and well established businesses.

A Coventarian by birth, his interests include golf, skiing and supporting Coventry City.

Mark Spafford FCCA

Mark qualified as a Certified Chartered Accountant in 1997, shortly after joining the firm. Mark was appointed as a partner in 2003 with responsibility for many of the technical areas of the practice including audits, practice assurance and money laundering.

Mark specialises in looking after the technical areas of audit, Charities and not for profit organisations. Mark also has a rapidly expanding client base of general practice ranging from SME’s to large Limited companies.

A lifelong fan of Coventry City, Mark also has a very keen interest in Motor racing and makes regular visit to the F1 racing tracks.

Terry Frankton FCA

Terry joined the firm in 1985 after training with KPMG and has been a partner since 1988. He deals with a wide range of SME’s and has a specialist knowledge of the engineering and dental sectors.

With 28 years of experience Terry is well positioned to deal with all manner of business and taxation matters.

A keen golfer Terry is a lifelong follower of Coventry City.

Steve Twigger

Steve joined the practice in 1980 as a trainee accountant and qualified before spending three years with a firm in London to gain additional experience and increase his exposure to a larger more diverse database of businesses and industries. In 1992 Steve was admitted to partnership and has developed strong relationships with local bankers and lawyers in the region.

This has led to Steve developing a specialism in the Corporate finance sector that includes a detailed knowledge of raising finance and buying and selling of companies.
